DC Smoking Ban passes

Sounds like the smoking ban just passed as I was listening in at:
http://www.dccouncil.washington.dc.us/
Don't know if it's in the news yet.
Looks like it will take place on Jan 1, 2007. I missed whether or not Marion Barry's ammendment to allow Hukah bars, etc. passed or not.
